Star Chauffeured Services operates several vehicle classes that work for group outings, depending on the size of your party and the style of the event.
The Mercedes Sprinter van fits up to fourteen passengers. It is the most popular option for birthday celebrations, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and wine tours. The interior is upscale without being over the top. You get comfortable seating, climate control, and enough headroom for everyone to move around.
For larger groups, we run mini buses that seat twenty to thirty passengers and highway coaches that handle up to fifty-six. Corporate holiday parties, team outings, and milestone celebrations often land in this range. The coach has luggage storage underneath if the event involves an overnight component.
How the Booking Works
Tell us the date, the number of people, the pickup location, and the general plan for the evening or day. We will recommend a vehicle, give you a flat rate, and assign a driver who knows the route.
Most party bus bookings fall into one of three categories. A winery tour through the Fraser Valley with three or four stops. A night out in Gastown or Yaletown with two or three venues. Or a special occasion like a milestone birthday, retirement party, or graduation celebration that involves a dinner and an after-party.
We price by the hour for multi-stop itineraries. That way you are not watching the clock at every venue. If the group wants to stay an extra thirty minutes at the second winery, the driver waits.
The Part Nobody Thinks About Until It Is Too Late
Insurance and licensing. Not every vehicle advertising party bus service in Vancouver carries proper commercial insurance or a licensed chauffeur. That matters the moment something goes wrong. An accident, a traffic stop, or an incident at a venue where the operator cannot produce valid credentials.
Star is a member of the National Limousine Association. Our vehicles are commercially insured and our drivers are licensed professionals, not gig workers running a side hustle. For a group event where alcohol is often involved and you are trusting one driver with the safety of ten to fifty people, that is not a small detail.
When to Book
Weekend evenings from May through October are our busiest period for group bookings. If your event falls in that window, book at least three weeks out. December is the other peak, with holiday parties filling the schedule by mid-November.
