Instructions for clients arriving at Ballantyne Pier Cruise Ship Terminal:
Star Limousine - Ballantyne Pier Pick Ups1- When you have claimed your baggage and cleared customs, you will exit the customs area and enter the main cruise ship terminal.
2- From the main terminal, you will exit the building to go outside. Once outside of the terminal, directly across from Ballantyne Pier¡¯s ¡°Shed No.1¡± is a White and Blue building. You will see a red phone booth on the right side of this building and a white box containing the limo phone to the left of the red phone booth. There is also a ¡°LIMO AREA¡± sign mounted on the building above the red phone booth.
3- The Limo Phone connects you to the holding area attendant. The holding area is just minutes away from the cruise-ship terminal. This holding area is where your driver will be waiting for you as you disembark from your ship.
4- When speaking to the holding area attendant, tell them the following:
a. The name of your ship.
b. The name your transportation is booked under.
c. Star Limousine will be your transportation service provider.
5- Once you have notified the holding area attendant of your arrival, please remain at the limousine waiting area, as your vehicle will arrive in a few minutes.
